Two engagement shapes

SystemFlow Financial Planning works with small business owners in two clearly defined ways. There is no recurring software subscription, no tiered SaaS plan and no commission-based product sale. Each engagement is a paid advisory service billed in Thai baht and scoped before it starts.

Discovery consultation

A single 60-minute session, held online or at our Rama III office, focused on one decision you are trying to make. Common reasons owners book this session:

• Whether a director dividend or reinvestment is safer before the next VAT cycle closes.
• Whether the cash position can absorb a new hire this quarter.
• How to tell owner drawings apart from operating cash before year-end filing.

The consultation is advisory only. You leave with a written summary of the points covered and the options discussed, not a full financial plan.

Planning engagement

A multi-session engagement that produces a 12-month rolling plan for the business: the cash buffer to hold, when to time tax payments, what to reinvest and how to pay yourself as a director. The plan is written so that you can maintain it yourself between our sessions — the aim is to leave you able to run the numbers, not reliant on us.

The engagement includes:

• A monthly cash-flow map across your real accounts.
• VAT and personal income tax timing for the next four quarters.
• A director remuneration view that keeps drawings and salary distinct.
• Two or three forward scenarios for the coming quarter.
• A quarterly review to set the plan against actuals.

What these services are not

These engagements do not replace your year-end accountant. They also do not involve selling investment products, insurance or lending, and no commission is taken on any third-party product. If a decision needs licensed tax or audit work, we will identify it and direct you to a suitable practitioner.

Fees

Fees are quoted in Thai baht before any engagement starts, after the discovery consultation. We do not publish a public price list because the scope of each engagement differs; the quote is fixed once the scope is agreed, with no hourly drift.
