The service

SystemFlow Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) provides financial planning and management advisory services to small business owners in two forms: a single discovery consultation and a multi-session planning engagement. Both are advisory services billed in Thai baht. We do not offer software subscriptions, investment products, insurance or lending arrangements, and we take no commission on any third-party product.

What our engagements are

Our engagements are advisory. They produce analysis, cash-flow mapping, forward scenarios and a written plan to help you make decisions about your business. They are not licensed tax filing, audit, bookkeeping or investment advice. Where your situation needs licensed work, we will flag it and point you to a suitable practitioner.

Booking and scope

Each engagement is scoped in writing before any fee is agreed. The scope sets out what is included, the number of sessions, the deliverables and the fixed fee in Thai baht. Work begins only after the scope and fee are confirmed in writing by both sides.

Fees and payment

The fee for each engagement is set out in Thai baht in the written scope and fixed once that scope is agreed. There is no hourly billing and no charge for reasonable follow-up questions between sessions within the agreed scope. Payment terms (including any deposit and due dates) are stated in the written scope for each engagement.

Cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows

A discovery consultation may be cancelled or rescheduled at no cost up to 24 hours before the booked time.
A planning engagement may be cancelled in writing before the second session; see the refund policy for the refund that applies.
If you do not attend a booked session without notice (a no-show), the session is counted as delivered and no refund is due for it.
We will always try to offer one reasonable rescheduling of a session at no extra cost when you give us notice.

Work already started

If a planning engagement is cancelled after work has started, you pay for the work already delivered up to the cancellation date, and the refund policy sets out what, if anything, is refunded for the remaining sessions.

Your responsibilities

To make an engagement useful you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business when asked, including recent account statements where relevant. Advice given on incomplete or inaccurate information may not hold, and we are not liable for outcomes based on information you did not share.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions you take based on our advice. You remain responsible for the decisions you make about your business.

Intellectual property

The written plan and materials produced for you are for your use. You may not resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute them. We may use anonymised, non-identifying patterns from the work to improve our methods, but never in a way that identifies you or your business.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
